After a tree fell onto the roof of the Barnett residence, Frontier was called to conduct an assessment. Our team arrived on-site within one hour of the initial call. We promptly removed the tree from the roof the same day. Utilizing a thermal imaging camera, we inspected the high ceilings for potential water damage and immediately began the demolition and drying process. The Barnett family expressed their gratitude for our swift response and the quality of service provided.

Additionally, they removed the carpet from the hall and stairs and demolished the landing. An antimicrobial was applied upon completion of the demolition, and drying equipment was installed to prevent further damage to the home.

Salvageable items were packed out of the garage and attic space for cleaning and restoration. Total loss items were also removed from the premises and stored onsite. Total loss items were stored in the onsite POD until the claim and reconstruction process was completed. The salvageable items were thoroughly cleaned and restored to pre-fire condition. After the reconstruction was finished, and the claim was settled, the total loss items were disposed of properly.
