Why did the customer contact us?
The homeowner reached out to Frontier Services Group in response to an emergency situation. A fire broke out in the furnace located in the attic of their two-story residence, resulting in significant smoke infiltration throughout the entire house. They also unfortunately had water damage due to the fire as well where we needed to provide a solution for immediately.
Solutions provided:
Upon receiving the homeowner’s urgent call, we promptly dispatched a Fire Chaser to inspect the property within the hour. Our team arrived immediately and provided comprehensive solutions, instilling confidence in the homeowner as we assumed responsibility for the home’s recovery over the coming months. We organized our efforts into three distinct yet interconnected divisions, each integral to the restoration process.
Our first step was to address the Contents restoration, where we meticulously salvaged and cleaned the homeowner's personal belongings. These items were transported to our warehouse, where we neutralized odors and restored them to their original condition. Next, we undertook the Structural Cleaning phase, employing specialized techniques to eliminate the lingering effects of the fire, including smoke residue and soot, working diligently to restore the home’s structure.
Following that, we initiated the Water Mitigation process, extracting all excess moisture from the premises and utilizing advanced drying equipment to treat all affected areas. Throughout the entire operation, the homeowner expressed great satisfaction with our approach, particularly highlighting our proactive communication and seamless coordination with both the homeowner and their insurance company.
