The Frontier team responded swiftly, arriving on-site the day after Hurricane Beryl made landfall. A thorough assessment revealed extensive water damage across more than 10 floors. The team immediately implemented a comprehensive drying strategy using state-of-the-art equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and water extraction tools. Frontier’s skilled technicians were able to dry down all 10 floors efficiently, minimizing the need for demolition and invasive repairs. Through precise moisture monitoring and strategic placement of drying equipment, we ensured a quick and effective drying process.

All items affected by the fire were inventoried, with special attention given to identifying total loss items. Salvageable items were packed out of the garage and attic space for cleaning and restoration. Total loss items were also removed from the premises and stored onsite. Total loss items were stored in the onsite POD until the claim and reconstruction process was completed. The salvageable items were thoroughly cleaned and restored to pre-fire condition. After the reconstruction was finished, and the claim was settled, the total loss items were disposed of properly.
