In September we got water in our house during Tropical Storm Imelda. Someone suggested we call Frontier Service Group to provide dry out, clean up and remediation. First thing the morning following the storm a crew came in and tore out wet carpet and brought in fans to dry out the floors and walls. Next they tore out all the wood flooring and cut the walls up for drying. The project managers were with us at each step and listened even when we opted not to tear out the 10 foot high judges panel in our great room. They had a crew ready to do the wall replacement and repainting, but we had to wait for FEMA to send us our insurance money. Once the money arrived they were in and done In a couple of days. I can't say enough good things about the people at Frontier who managed our relationship and the quality of the work they did. The three project managers, the crew supervisors and the work crews themselves were all just fantastic. They were all friendly, efficient and responsive to our needs I had heard some disturbing stories about some of the companies that padded the projects (e.g. bringing in twice as many fans as needed) just to get as much money as possible. Frontier gave us estimates before each step with no idea how much the FEMA reimbursement was going to be and billed us exactly what they had estimated. I would highly recommend Frontier Service Group for all the services they provide.
I should also mention that Tim Bates and his team at Allstate Insurance were with us all the way and did all they could to expedite the reimbursement from FEMA. -
