It was an awful 7 days. I had copper pipes to burst, 1st in a closet on a Monday. The following Monday, just as things were fully back in place and dry, a pipe in the attic burst and flooded the house. To come home from work and see the water again was devastating. A call was made at 6pm and they (Nicholas) arrived about 8:30pm. I had no clue what was going to happen. My emotions were all over the place. Right away I was reassured that things would be taken care of. Extremely professional, excellent communication every step of the way.
After the dry out, it was time for repairs. The Reconstruction Team ( Melissa and Leah) did an awesome job. I feel like I have a brand new home. I am amazed at the work that was done. The people that worked in our home were courteous, respectful, timely, and punctual . Any call that wAs made in reference to repairs was taken care of within 24hrs. I did not know companies like this exist. Melissa and Lea were there every step of the way, until the job done. My daughter and I are in tears, and happy to have our house back, better than ever.
