Comment:
This is the first time for us to use a restoration company to repair water damage, so we have no comparison. However, we have been very pleased with all aspects of service. All employees have been curteous and efficient.
The reconstruction project manager, Rudy Lopez, with whom we had the most contact, always responded promptly to any needs or questions, apprised us of the work scheduled for the day and made sure the work progressed as planned. It was a pleasure to work with him, as well as the other managers, Scott Clark and David Renteria.
We are pleased with the overall work done and would not hesitate to recommend this company. -
