Experiencing house damage is very stressful and requires a lot of patience. This I learned. We experienced severe water damage and selected Frontier for the remodel. They were very understanding and compassionate throughout. Damage occurred June 24 and we returned home Sept 16.
The best experience was working with Nick, our project manager. He was quick to reply and explained everything to us as thoroughly as possible. He has a great personality. The owner, Dennet, was very responsive as well. Our initial estimators were knowledgeable and thorough in their survey of the project.
I nonetheless feel that delays resulted: our first estimator quit as did our second, and this prolonged work from starting. The efficiency of the crew completing work was questionable. We were at the house on a daily basis to see progress. In the beginning, it appeared that a lot of work was getting done. However, the project could have been completed days earlier, but our observation was that fewer workers and fewer hours were scheduled. What our project manager gave us in terms of time spent on work and completion was not consistent with what we would see daily. I reached out to the owner as well as Nick, and they attempted to address it immediately. My final assessment is nonetheless mixed. -
