- Comment: We started working with Frontier thru our insurance company due to a leak. Matt Ewing came in to meet with us and took us thru the process of what to expect. He lined up everyone to assist since we found out we had mold and at the time I was going thru chemotherapy. We had to move out quickly due to mold and they moved quickly to pack us up and start the process of remediation and demolition of our kitchen and bathroom to remove any mold that was found. They were very detailed in packing us up to inventorying everything with pictures and logs of what was packed. Some items were boxed and left at our house while others were packed and unpacked at our condo while being out. They took several large items to there warehouse. Most of the time you would expect to lose items or have it damaged. We just moved back into our home after 7 months of remodeling and again we called Matt as we needed to be moved back in quickly and we had tremendous clean up due to dust. His team was there again to assist and packed up our condo and unpacked everything they had boxed or removed. Nothing was damaged or lost! I want to give a special shout out to Naomi who supervised from beginning to end and thank you to Matt for taking care of us during a vulnerable time. I’m happy to say we’re home and I’m cancer free!
