We recently had a water damage in my home. Frontier services was asked to do the reconstruction work. My experience was nothing short of outstanding from the cost estimation through the end of the project. Brian, the reconstruction manager, demonstrated superb professionalism and he was deeply knowledgeable about the work. Throughout the period, Brian was patient, attentive, and responded to all our enquiries with photos and videos about the progress. His customer-centric approach ensured that we felt informed and confident while we were away at the hotel. Anthony, who handled the cost estimating, was equally commendable. His expertise in project cost estimation was apparent as he ensured the interaction with insurance approval was seamless. He made sure to explain all the details and answer any question we had. If you are looking for a contractor to handle your home reconstruction/remodeling project, I would highly recommend Frontier Services Group. I can’t say enough about this company. They were fast and thorough. Jordan did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the process during the removal of black mold at a rental property. Very pleased and 100% recommend.

We had issues with water damage and mold and were looking for a competent contractor who also was willing to work with us- thankfully we found Frontier Services Group. Great people, Jordan was communicative and they did a good job!

I reached out to Frontier (Jay Silva) and he came by my house to provide me a quote. He was knowledgable and walked me through the schedule to get the repairs done. He even talked me through the insurance claim / adjustment process. When I was ready, the Project Manager (Jarred Waller) came out with his team and finished the project in less than a week. They did not cut any corners and finished the job to completion. I would recommend Jay Silva and Jarred Waller on any residential construction jobs I have in the future.

Frontier Services Group, never did I imagine the magnitude of cleaning and restoration that would be required after dousing a fire in my home. A day later after the fire, I blindedly cold-called the first fire restoration company I came across and two hours later, Omar Katich was knocking on my door. Naively, I asked him for a quote being that i was not really educated on what to expect or do next after a fire. Thankfully, Frontier Services Group was a one-stop-shop-for-all establishment. They’ve taken care of it all; move-out, cleaning, decontamination, storage, and restoration while remaining cautious of my insurance limits. Although Omar explained the process (over and over), of course it went in and out the other ear. Omar represented his employer well as he remained patient & kind with me from the first day he stepped into my home and although my next phase is restoration, he reminded me that I could call him anytime for any questions or concerns. More than likely I will have tons of questions and will probably adopt to texting him more frequently than calling him after 10p. I am very happy FSG was the first company I called and that Omar was assigned to my claim. Great customer service for my first catastrophic event in my home (and the last) and that Omar has walked me through the entire process. The packing crew, Tabitha and Noemi were extremely helpful too. Ladies knew exactly how to pack, advised me of the things I should take and the things to leave for cleaning. I recently inherited precious memorial items and Tabi coordinated these items to be returned to me quickly. Tabi’s crew was very respectable even when my mom was telling them how to do their job. The ladies were very sweet and they often sat for my killer dog that also wanted to tell them how to do their job. Thank you Tabi, Neomi and all the sweet ladies that were there with us 😘. Neomi, thank you for labeling our 100+ boxes. Esme and Claudia were great too. Always kept me in the loop and both had phenomenal cleaning skills. I am so glad to have met them both. They cleaned areas of the house I never thought soot could get into. Wow! Smoke damage is no joke! “Don Carlos” explained in detail the AC cleaning process too and helped me salvage as many AC vents as he could. FSG has been nothing but the best with me, respecting my wishes and checking-in with me too. I hope to have made new friends. They were all so nice and attentive to my needs; because FSG was there when I needed them the most, it is how this catastrophic event has been bearable. Leo and his team were very professional through the entire process. We used Frontier to move and store our furniture after our house flooded. Best moving company I have ever. The movers at my house were on time, very courteous and careful with our belongings. Definitely 5 star group and would highly recommend them.

There are not enough words to describe the deep appreciation and respect we have for Frontier. We've had water damage and mold issues from holes in the roof for more than a year due to poor builder's workmanship. We've had a massive amount of contractors coming in and out of the house, but Frontier has been by far the best and our favorite! They have been nothing but a joy to work with (besides the circumstances that brought them to our house) as they are good-hearted, honest and hard working people. We have met more than 20+ of their crew members because of all our problems, and every one of them has been very professional, kind and positive. We are extremely thankful for the supervisors, Mr. David and Mr. Nicholas, for their superb leadership of their crew, supervision of the projects at-hand, and their genuine care for helping us. Mr. Nicholas always made himself available to us and kept us posted on the latest happenings. Mr. David is very responsive, trustworthy and a man of his words, which is a rare find these days. He has made this stressful and horrific process much easier to bear. We are so grateful for all his care, support and positive management! We'd also like to acknowledge and praise two specific crew members: Mr. Eric and Mr. Omar. Mr. Eric in particular has been overseeing all our issues for the past nine months. He is honest and a man of integrity. We appreciate how meticulous and diligent he is at ensuring all areas that's infected are found and treated properly. He always goes above and beyond to ensure all our concerns are addressed. As for Mr. Omar, we remember the first time we met him, he came to drop off air scrubbers at 8pm. Despite having a long day's work, he still greeted us with a smile and was helpful in getting us setup. Gentlemen like Mr. David, Nicholas, Eric and Omar are what makes a company a true asset and gem! Please consider them for your mold remediation/ restoration needs. You will not regret it!
