Frontier cleaned our furniture, household goods and piano. The pick up and pack back crews were very kind responsive and hard-working. Naomi and Milka provided excellent leadership for the crew.

In September we got water in our house during Tropical Storm Imelda. Someone suggested we call Frontier Service Group to provide dry out, clean up and remediation. First thing the morning following the storm a crew came in and tore out wet carpet and brought in fans to dry out the floors and walls. Next they tore out all the wood flooring and cut the walls up for drying. The project managers were with us at each step and listened even when we opted not to tear out the 10 foot high judges panel in our great room. They had a crew ready to do the wall replacement and repainting, but we had to wait for FEMA to send us our insurance money. Once the money arrived they were in and done In a couple of days. I can't say enough good things about the people at Frontier who managed our relationship and the quality of the work they did. The three project managers, the crew supervisors and the work crews themselves were all just fantastic. They were all friendly, efficient and responsive to our needs I had heard some disturbing stories about some of the companies that padded the projects (e.g. bringing in twice as many fans as needed) just to get as much money as possible. Frontier gave us estimates before each step with no idea how much the FEMA reimbursement was going to be and billed us exactly what they had estimated. I would highly recommend Frontier Service Group for all the services they provide. I should also mention that Tim Bates and his team at Allstate Insurance were with us all the way and did all they could to expedite the reimbursement from FEMA.

The team headed by Leonel Gonzalez and Naomi packed up all of my house and moved it to storage for me. Too many helpers to remember all the names but I did work with Ian and Robert in the attic a lot. The other 3 girls on Naomi’s team were like magic. All of my “things” no matter how big or how small were packed up meticulously and handled with efficiency and care The entire team was nothing but courteous, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Frontier to anybody reading this. Top rated in my book. They all seem to care ...from the front desk on down. Very responsive.

From the first phone call, Frontier made us feel informed and comfortable with the process. We had a small leak from a pipe in the roof of the kitchen which turned into a big problem. Frontier's initial evaluation was thorough, fair, and they were working on restoration within 24 hours. Their team also diligently followed up with our home insurance provider to follow up on next steps, and they even shared tips with us on how to keep the process moving with insurance. Restoration in the kitchen finished this week, and we could swear the design and craftsmanship is better than before the leak. Really couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you to the team who facilitated the process so smoothly, kept us informed, was very responsive, and delivered high quality work.

I contacted Frontier for a mold issue at my property and they responded in a very timely and professional manner. I was very concerned as I had not experienced a mold outbreak before and I found their employees to be very empathetic and understanding of the situation. They answered all of my questions and supported me through the process. I would highly recommend Frontier for their services.

We are happy to write a review of the services Frontier Group provided to us after our home flooded. Let’s start by stating that we had the misfortune of having our home flooded two consecutive year in 2016 and 2017. The next morning after our home flooded in 2016, we sat down and studied the work history and reviews of several flood and abatement firms in our area. After an extensive review, we decided to contact Frontier Services for the work to be done in our home. We called the company that morning, and an agent visited our house that same day. A contract with signed and we had some 14 people in our home the next day boxing clothing and transferring undamaged household furniture and goods to a storage facility. The house was completely stripped and repaired and returned to practically a new status. Unfortunately, the same thing happened a year later. This time, we called Frontier the same day of the flood and by that evening we had a house full of blowers and evaporators in position through out the entire house. We went through the same process for a second time. The house was quickly repaired and ready for occupation. However, after flooding two consecutive years, we decided to buy a new house and put our home up for sale. We can state that the house was sold only two weeks after it was advertised and sold at only $5;000.00 below our asking price. Let us end by saying that should our new home experience such a fate, Frontier will be our first call.

I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past and this company shined! Always on time, went above and beyond, great quality and RETURNED CALLS!!! Always available to answer questions and kept me informed of all plans and progress. I have already recommend them to friends and I NEVER DO THAT!
