Frontier did some work for my family at a property we own. They went above and beyond our expectations. I have never, in my over 30 years in the insurance industry, seen more quality work and attention to detail. Matt Eyring and his staff did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend their services.

It was 1 am on Christmas eve morning, Houston was once again in a hard freeze and our mid-rise condominium building had a pipe break. Matt with Frontier Services Group agreed without hesitation to help with the water removal and immediately went to work gathering their team and equipment. The communication was outstanding, the professionalism of the team and the quality of the equipment made the emergency manageable for our residents. We experienced first-class service, and it was our first time to use their company...should we ever have another major loss, they will be the company we call upon!

Great work from the team and staff. Andres Vera waited patiently for the fire department to leave and guided me throughout the whole process. He was always on top of his team to make sure his staff were held accountable to his standards. He worked with my carrier and handled 95% of the claim. Great work, great communication and great service. 5 Star Service

This is the 4th time I have used Frontier for work on my house. This time we had a pipe bust in the wall next to our master closet. It happened around 12pm on Christmas Eve. I called Frontier and didn’t expect anyone to be available so quickly with the freezing weather in Houston and it being a holiday. In no time, I had a crew at my house working on the damage. They were able to get in quickly and prevent other damage which would have flooded our entire first floor. Frontier has been excellent every time I have used them but this is the first time I am writing a long over due review. The team is professional, detailed, and timely. I would highly recommend them as you will get a very consistent and great experience each time.

I became so close to the employees! They were all so friendly and helpful and answered their phones always to help me! Their work was wonderful and the drying out, packing in and out and the rebuilding was perfect! If I had a problem they always found a way to fix it. They worked over and above any problem, they worked weekends and late days. They also were happy and calming and caring! I can never thank them enough for all their advice and good work!
